October 22 – 9am – Durand Eastman Park

DESCRIPTION: An 6 hour timed loop course on the trails at Durand Eastman Park. 3 hours in one direction, 3 hours in the other. The loop is a bit over 1 mile long all starting and ending on horseshoe road.

Durand Eastman Park:

Durand Eastman Park is a gem in the Monroe County Parks system – We will run along the ponds during peak fall foliage. There is one hill on the course, and beautiful scenery the entire loop!

You might encounter riders on horseback, fishermen heading to the creek, and deer. So many deer. Enjoy time out in nature with them as you get loopy.

DISTANCE DISCLAIMER: This is looped course  – The clock runs for 6 hours. How many miles can you get? Each loop is ABOUT 1 mile.

Water: There is water available at the start/finish line.  You are expected to be able to convey that water into your mouth.  There will not be “cups” available. We will also have 1 aid station with very basic needs. Please plan to be sort of self sustainable. We will have chips, swedish fish, pickles cookies, and maybe a few other treats.

We need volunteers!  Not this time 🙂
