Description: A Winter Trail Festival at Powder Mills Park – With the options of running 5, 10, or 15 miles this year – The course will be a single 5 mile loop you can run 1, 2, or 3 times taking you on beautiful single track in Powder Mills Park  – Each loop will start and finish at Wadhams Lodge which will be our “home base” for the weekend. Your cost to race? $20 – The first 70 runners in the 5 mile race are covered by a fund in Lisa’s memory and will be free of charge.

Registration Information: Open
Registration closes a week before the race, and there is no day-of registration.
Because we love these trails and you, we have a hard cap on registration.  We will close registration when we hit that limit.

Cost: $20, no matter the distance.  100% of profits will be donated to trail projects.

Distance Disclaimer – This is a trail race– the loops likely won’t be exactly 5 – As with everything we do – Come prepared

This is a Green Race –  The water stations are “Refill Only”. Each runner will be required to carry their own hydration system on the course with them  – There will not be “cups” available at the refill stations.

Why These Trails?

Powder Mills Park is a gem in the Monroe County Parks system – With steep hill sides – creeks – and beautiful single track we are excited to introduce this system to many of you. Powder Mills park is a winter lover’s dream with downhill skiing, sledding, snowshoes, and running opportunities – Join us and see why!

#TrailsRoc gives back: This is our final race of the year and our chance to give back to YOU the runners. We have made this race as affordable as possible and hope that you continue to support our efforts in the future. Thank YOU runners for all you do for the #TrailsRoc community.

      I would suggest getting in on the race wait list and crossing your fingers.

      While we can never tell anyone not to use the public trails during our event (and would never want to) we also want to respect the runners who paid for the race and the course to be set up.

      So in short – If you show up and run on the trails, they are open to the public at all times, but we ask that you consider running trails in the park that are not part of the race course.

      Also, if you get in on the wait list, you might get in for the race – – Ya never know!
